  • Customer Services Management (CSM) that incorporate after-sales service and warranty management. The Customer Service Management includes a Part Inventory Management System that supports the after-sales sales service which can be interfaced to the CRiSTAL WMS.

CRiSTAL Warehouse Management Solutions

CRiSTAL WMS was conceptualised and developed by a team of operationally experienced logisticians for small to medium enterprises (SME). Although developed as a low cost WMS, the system is rich in features and functionalities that are usually found only in packages that cost much, much more.

CRiSTAL WMS is very scalable, so if a stand-alone application, in each warehouse, is not desirable we can equally provide an Application Server Provider (ASP) solution where each warehouse is managed from a centralized data centre using the Internet as the communications layer. So our WMS is designed to be highly configurable but easy to use.

All systems are based on Thin Client Architecture that enable them to deploy in a Microsoft operating system either as a standalone workstation, on Local Area Network or Wide Area Network (WAN) via the Internet communication backbone. We based the application on a suite of Microsoft applications (SQL Sever, Small Business Server, BizTalk and coded in Visual Basic) to help keep your costs low.

Our customers benefit as the CRiSTAL WMS application can be provided at very competitive rates, with short implementation lead-times and low maintenance costs.

Customer Service Management

Customer Service Management is designed to meet the requirement of manufacturers and distributors of appliances and equipment that needs to manage the warranty that is being extended to their customers.

The system incorporates the functions of tracking the servicing (both under and after warranty) required by customers, deploy the most appropriate service engineers, monitor the cost of servicing provided – both materials and labour, etc.

Benefits of the system include enabling client to identify potential equipment defects and monitor delinquent customers. Thereby enable them to take preventive and corrective actions.

Built based on Thin Client Software Architectural concept, the system is scalable from a single workstation/server to local network to wide area network via dial-up modem, lease line or Internet communication backbone.

It is Web enabled applications that allow customers to register their warranty via the Internet on-line and make appointment for servicing request.

CRiSTAL Customer Service Management System is designed for manufacturers and distributors of appliances and equipments that required to be supported by warranty.

It is designed to enhance customer relationship and warranty management.

CSM incorporates the capability to monitor customer complaints and warranty servicing that has to be performed on any piece of appliance or equipment and cost of supporting the warranty extended.

It also monitors delinquent customers and identify potential defects, thereby enabling the manufacturers and distributors to take corrective action before any serious fallout.

Integrated is a job-billing module that enable client to monitoring payment and help to ensure proper pricing of services rendered.

A separate but fully integrated Parts Inventory Management (CRiSTAL WMS) module further enhances the CSM, enabling user to plan and maintain parts inventory required to support the service operation.
